Well, it is insured, so I guess we’ll find out just how good our insurance is!
Well, it does appear that Murphy really is alive and well and living at our address. When trying to make the claim for the broken computer that I mentioned a couple of posts ago, we found that our insurance agent must be a complete and total flake. Policies that we thought were in place for months have been in place, cancelled, re-instated, changed, messed around, re-quoted for and generally totally mucked up. So now we are at the mercy of the insurance company as to whether they will honour what we thought was in place. In the mean time Dazzle has got her desktop computer setup so she has donated her laptop to me. I’m afraid I wasn’t quite as gracious as I probably should have been as I did really want a new one. Sorry.
