I had to go to the local village on an errand and I took the Karmann Ghia for a run. In the parking lot I spotted another cool vehicle, this Vintage GMC Pick-Up Truck.

While we may be in a heat wave and mini drought, we also have to remember that “Winter is Coming”, so we were cutting, splitting, and stacking, fire wood.

It was a Full Moon on the 29th July. I dont know why, but I always want to get a photo of it if the skies are clear.

While I was out photographing the Full Moon, I also took this one of the Lavender Stone Cirlce by the light of the moon and the small solar charged night lights.

Melisa was creating more Infused Herbal Oils this week. Here are jars of St. Johns Wort, and Helichrysum sealed up for their maturing process. The St.Johns Wort, on the left, really turns the oil a deep red colour.

We had a brief break in the dry weather and we took advantage of the lift in the fire ban to burn some of the brush and weeds in the Fire Pit.

We attended a ‘sound journey’ last week, which rekindled Melisa’s interest in aquiring some flutes, which in turn, rekindled my interest in trying to make some flutes… So it was off to the workshop!

We didn’t get around to planting any Tomatoes this year, so this one must be a volunteer from a fallen tomato from last year.

Yes, the grape vines on the orchard fence have gone absolutely wild this year.
